No bail for murder accused Kenworth Charles who allegedly killed Fitzroy Robins last year.

Justice Iain Morley declined to grant bail when Charles made an application in the High Court on Monday.

The accused man allegedly stabbed Robins several times about his body during an altercation in Villa.

The incident happened around 11:45 pm on July 24, 2020 and had reportedly followed a previous dispute between them.

The judge said based on the circumstances of the case; he believed that Charles would try to flee the destination if he was granted bail.

Justice Morely said he also feared that the defendant would try to intimidate witnesses or commit more offences.
